Terms of use for the “Framekin” app

Last updated: 24 October 2026

What Framekin is

Framekin delivers photos to friends you added with your friend code and shows their newest photo in a widget. The core features are free.

Your content

Only send photos you have the rights to and that do not harm anyone. No illegal content, no sexual content involving minors, no violent or hateful content. You can delete any photo at any time. We use your photos only to deliver them to your friends.

Framekin Plus

Framekin Plus is a Google Play subscription (monthly or yearly). It renews automatically until you cancel in Google Play; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. You see the price before you buy. Payment, refunds and withdrawal follow Google Play's terms.

Account and deletion

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations and limited to foreseeable damage. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
