Scope

These terms apply to the use of the Glenby app, offered by Senorit (see legal notice).

Minimum age

Use is permitted for people aged 18 and over. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Conduct

Behave respectfully. Do not engage in unlawful, dangerous or harmful acts, and respect the property and rights of others. You can report violations and illegal content in the app; we confirm receipt, review the report, and may remove content or suspend accounts.

Outdoor activities and liability

Tasks take place outdoors and are performed at your own risk. Assess terrain, weather and your own ability, and observe local rules (e.g. nature conservation, private property). Liability for damages arising from participation is excluded to the extent permitted by law; liability for intent, gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

Availability

Glenby is under active development. We do not warrant continuous availability or freedom from errors.

Paid subscriptions, prices and payment

Some features are paid (plans: Glenby+ and Glenby+ Duo). All prices include statutory VAT; the total price and billing period are shown before purchase. The paid contract is concluded when you confirm the clearly labelled button (order with obligation to pay). If you buy in the Android app, Google Play first shows a notice that it is sending you to an external payment page run by Glenby. You pay there through our payment provider Stripe. Google Play does not process the payment. Plans renew automatically for the respective period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period, via the billing management, the cancellation function in the app, or the cancellation function at glenby.de/kuendigen.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a paid contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts on conclusion of the contract. A clear statement (e.g. an email to legal@glenby.de), the withdrawal button in the app, or the withdrawal function at glenby.de/vertrag-widerrufen suffices; you may also use the model below. Sending the notice in time is enough to meet the deadline. If you withdraw in time, we refund all payments for the contract in full using the same payment method; we do not charge compensation for the time until you withdraw.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account in the app under “Your data”.

Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent legally permitted.
